We found this striking Tie Dye print fabric with all the colors of the brightest rainbow. The bright pink hoodie and tie strings add an additional summer feel. The triple reinforced D-Ring placket has a white zipper down the center, and we trimmed the harness with a pink and white pin dot. The neck and belly straps are secured with super strong Velcro and allow for 2-3 inches of adjustability.
